Education at KIC InnoEnergy

KIC InnoEnergy is proud to announce up to 160 scholarships for MSc positions, up to 20 partial/full scholarships for PhD positions as well as up to 20 partial/full scholarships for various executive programmes for highly qualified students in the area of innovative and entrepreneurial energy technology for its 2011 intake.*

Positions are available, starting in Autumn 2011, for three different categories of programmes: Master-level, Ph D level and one Post Master. In each one of the MSc and Ph D level programmes several tracks are available, in which the students will study in at least two different European countries.

All KIC InnoEnergy partners have a proven track record in designing and implementing common European and business-oriented education programmes. On the basis of this experience, the KIC education concept is designed to specifically address the weaknesses of current need for high-level educational programmes in the field of energy in Europe such as the entrepreneurial spirit of professors and students, mobility and industry involvement. The concept covers higher education as well as lifelong learning of professionals. All the KIC InnoEnergy educational partners are involved in various ways in some of the programmes.

*The actual number in the different programs will depend on the students qualifications as well as on the direction of studies and industrial interest for the selected areas.
